This is my miracle and I believe it started my spiritual climb…

I was born with my thigh bones turned inward and my parents were told that when I was 16 years old, I would have to have surgery on each side to have them turned correctly. From the age of 4 to 6, I would have to wear these ugly brown shoes to bed, with a metal bar in the middle that turned my feet outward since I was quite pigeon-toed. In 1971, we lived in Oklahoma City and my mom brought us to an afternoon religious group for kids. We each received a turn to sit in the middle of the circle and to ask for one thing to
pray for. My mom always told me to pray for my hips. The three adults proceeded to hold out my legs in front of me and mentioned that the left one was one inch shorter. They then started to speak in tongues and my legs got really warm and were measured again after 10 minutes or so, and my legs were now the same length. For the next couple of weeks, my legs would have a dull ache and my mom would say, ”Those are your legs healing.” We went to the doctor and the x-rays showed no surgery was needed! They were healed! In the last couple of years, this has been in my thoughts almost daily, and it is a reminder to never doubt what is all around us and what is in our hearts. It has expanded to knowing that the circle of healing is complete, since I am now continuing and forwarding the unconditional love that was shown to me unto others. I received my national certification training through the ministry program ISHA in 2016.
